Refusing to take returns product

3 days after we purchased curtains and other furniture, their Avenues Mall IKEA location refused to return the products, absolutely the worst customer experience I had at IKEA. A manager by the name of udai albaghdadi should be working as a *** janitor.

User's recommendation: I’ll make sure to never give positive reviews until our issue is resolved.

Have been waiting for more than a week for a delivery in the same country! Less than 20km!

I'm in Kuwait I bought stuff for about 303KD (almost 1000USD) and I requested for the delivery the same WE which wasn't possible as I have been told they're fully booked! Then I asked for delivery after my working hours not possible they stop at 4pm! Then I had to give the key of my apartment to a stranger just so ikea can deliver within "their" working hours and called them gave them The person name and his number and still nothing! This is completely rediculous and I'm returning back your stuff and will never ever buy anything from you again! This is not the way we handle customers and I do work for a service company !
